IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TOURS

1. All tours must be prepaid at least 24h in advance or the day before the tour is due to leave.
2. May pay with cash (colones or US dollars) or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
3. We reserve the right to refuse entry to clients who are in unsuitable conditions for their safety and all.
4. Customers should not be under the influence of liquor or drugs, if the client uses a particular medication, please indicate to the guide.
5. We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to excess water in the flow or a cause of a storm, or poor condition of roads and access to places where they are to develop the tour.
6. If for some reason it had to make a change before or during the service, for reasons stated in the previous point, it would be offered another similar activity without refund. If the other tour is not operated, there will be a full refund of the fare paid.
7. We gave a 100% refund service and canceled 48H before his execution.
8. We have a 50% administrative fee for cancellations made 24H before the day of the tour.
9. No refund for cancellations made less than 24H from the date of the tour.
